22 Church Lane has been completely brought back to life by the current owners with an extensive programme of improvements that include: a Shaker style fully fitted kitchen with solid wood work tops, a built in electric oven, hob and extractor fan. The flooring is engineered oak to the kitchen and dining area and newly laid carpets to the sitting room, landing and bedrooms. The sitting room has French doors leading to a gravel terrace. Beyond the kitchen is a brand new shower room. On the first floor there are two bright and airy double bedrooms and a modern bathroom suite. A third room exists that would make an ideal study, dressing room or nursery. A deep airing cupboard with a new hot water cylinder is located on the landing. Beautiful internal timber doors, down lighting and slimline electric heaters have also been fitted.
One of the main features is the size of the garden which by cottage standards is above average. A parking area has been created and is retained by attractive railway sleepers. The garden, which is enclosed by panel fencing, is essentially a blank canvas for a keen gardener to cultivate and landscape as required. NB The garden is currently owned under a possessory title.
