Jonathan RichDirector

Jonathan began his estate agency career in 1993 working in Oxford. Since then he has managed offices in Greater London, Buckinghamshire and West Berkshire. He and his family settled in West Berkshire in 2003 and his three children attend local schools. Property has long been his main interest and his time living and working in the Marlborough vicinity means that he has developed a good working knowledge of the area that is covered by Brearley & Rich.

Having previously worked for National and Independent agents, Jonathan believes that only independent agents can provide a truly personal service and a focus on their clients’ best interests.

Matthew LodgeHead of Sales

Matthew started working as an agent in Marlborough in 2000 and since then he has worked in Hungerford and Newbury before deciding to return to his roots, closer to home in Aldbourne where he lives with his wife and son. Living in the area for over twenty five years he has excellent local knowledge and contacts as well as a love of the Marlborough area. Working at a local and independent agent to offer individual customer focussed advice and service was a great draw in returning to Marlborough.

Elaine JamesNegotiator

Elaine has lived in the Pewsey Vale for over thirty years and has an extensive knowledge of the area. Having always had a keen interest both in property and customer service, the opportunity to work in a busy independent business where 2 days are never the same is exciting and has enabled Elaine to further extend her knowledge of the area and the residential property market. Elaine always strives to ensure the best outcome for all our clients.
